The Karratha project was a collaborative project with Wilcox Architects in WA. The design and concept was by Chris and David Wicox. It was a medium rise 5 storey mix use build. The layout consisted of 2 floors or office and reception plus a further 3 story of residential units. The time of the project was during the mining boom in 2011. Karrtha was going through a huge urban renewal phase with many modern buildings in the pipe line. Many local residents resisted these changes.
We prepared a number of presentation renderings to montage into actual photos of the site. The vibrant colours used mimic the colours of the beautiful surrounding desert. These images where extremely helpful in letting the community really see what was being proposed.
